Pell, dropping that last 37.5 is often the trickiest part with Effexor, the jump from 75 to 37.5 can feel like a whole different animal than the earlier cuts. Good on you for tackling it deliberately. Logging check ins under My Taper as you go will help you spot the pattern, especially if any waves hit a few days after a cut. And once you're further along, share what you've learned with folks just starting out, someone three months behind you will need it.

Hi @Pell, welcome! I'm tapering Effexor too. We normally recommend a monthly Hyperbolic taper of no more than 10% each month. Everyone is different in what they can handle though. Doing a 50% reduction could cause issues, so just keep an eye out for any symptoms. Keep us updated with how things are going for you! Catina 🩷
