We're happy to have you here, and you'll be in good company since there are many members in your situation. A large reduction followed by a large updose can sensitize the nervous system. Give yourself lots of time to stabilize as it can take some time. What symptoms are you dealing with at the moment?

If it were me I wouldn't make any more changes until things leveled out. After that, definitely reduce by a lesser amount. If you're not familiar with Hyperbolic tapering, you can learn about it in the Resources section.
