Hi there. I am here because after 12 years on trazodone and paroxetine I started on elvanse and when the effect wasn't adding up I figured out my doctors never cared to check paroxetine interactions. I was exhausted three years before being medicated but medication made it worse as much as it made it better. Panic attacks are at a bay with trazodone but paroxetine is just there because I didn't have any help to leave it. Elvanse may not stay because due to paroxetine it starts and crashes too soon and I just get exhausted.
