Zyprexa — 2.5 mg — 6 weeks — researching taper | Xanax — 4 mg — 2 years — actively tapering | Valium — 20 mg — 3 years — holding | other — Dayvigo — 10 mg — supporting others | without clinician

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
