I’ve been on Citalopram for 5 months following a severe episode of intrusive thoughts. I have been sceptical about its role in my recovery, as it felt like the Promethazine that I was prescribed from day one was actually the thing that helped me. I stumbled across a podcast with Mark Horowitz which has brought me here
