Welcome orangepriusc. Seroquel is a tough one to get off, glad you found us before going at it alone. Catina pointed you to the right resources, that drug guide is worth a read. Worth logging check ins under My Taper as you go, you'll spot patterns after a few weeks that are hard to see day to day. And don't hesitate to jump in on other people's posts, your experience matters here even if you're just starting out.
