Hi, I'm OliveBreeze93

Hi @OliveBreeze93, welcome to Taper Community! Sorry to hear about your issues. These drugs affect so many different systems in the body, that's for sure. How have you been tapering? Perhaps you need to slow things down a bit. We recommend Hyperbolic tapering here at Taper Community - monthly reductions of no more than 10% of the previous month's dose. The reductions will therefore get smaller and smaller as time goes on. The greatest changes in receptor occupancy happen at very low doses, so tapering this way is safer and easier on the brain. If you go to the Symptoms and Self-Care section of the forum and click on the Guides tab, you'll find lots of helpful information and tips on how to handle withdrawal symptoms. Here is the information we have about Inderal: https://taper.community/drugs/propranolol https://taper.community/resources/blog/propranolol-withdrawal-and-rebound I hope things settle for you soon. Let us know how else we can help! Catina 💜
