Hello, I am the mother to 13 year old daughter who suffered from anorexia at the age of 11. She was placed on these meds but is trying to recover and stop medication. It's been a very challenging two years of hospitalization, residential treatment and psychiatric stay. We have been struggling to find qualified providers and support. I am very appreciative of communal knowledge and people sharing their stories and guiding each other through these horrendous experiences of mental illness.

Hi @Olena, and welcome! Your daughter is fortunate to have such a caring and supportive mother. I'm sorry for her issues with anorexia, but I know that she can truly recover without the need for dependence-forming drugs.
You can use the Find a Provider feature to search for someone near you. Who is currently writing her prescriptions?
When you're dealing with multiple drugs, it's best to taper just one at a time.
