Hiya, I have quite the complicated history but I was on 50mg of Sertraline for 4years, then 100mg for the last 7 months and I want to come off it. I take Keppra for epilepsy and am supposed to be starting lamotrigine (anti-seizure and mood stabilizer). Very nervous with the relatively short schedule I have to taper off Keppra and Sertraline and introduce Lamotrigine, also given the risk of serotonin syndrome, which I something no one wants to have. So I’ve come here looking for support as I have found it very difficult to find clinicians who have experience with hyperbolic tapering and monitoring. Thank you for having me here!
Zoloft — 100mg — 7 months — researching taper | Lamictal — 25 — 1 month — holding | Zoloft — 50mg — 4 years — researching taper | without clinician
