Hoping to get my long term Venlafaxine dose down and maybe feel some joy or emotions as opposed to just bleurgh. Functioning well on auto pilot. Mum to 3 teens!!
Reducing Venlafaxine by 10% every 4 weeks. Fingers crossed
Effexor — 337.5 — 8 years — actively tapering | Lamictal — 200mg — 25 years — holding | Lyrica — 375mg — 8 years — holding

Hi @Namaste55, so nice to have you here! We have so many members tapering this drug (me included). I'm glad you're tapering just one drug at a time.
How has it been going so far? Are you tolerating the 10% drops, and are you tapering Hyperbolically? Take your time and make sure you're stable between reductions. What symptoms are you dealing with?
Slower is faster, so give yourself plenty of time for your brain to adjust as your taper down.
