Hi @Mrs Scorpio, welcome to Taper Community.
I really feel for the position you're in. Rapidly tapering off a drug after being on various antidepressants for so long can be really hard on the nervous system. It can take quite a long time for the brain to reach homeostasis again. If it were me, I would tread cautiously in regard to other treatments since your CNS is sensitive. From what I've learned, time and patience are the biggest healers when it comes to surviving psychiatric drug withdrawal.
Things like therapy and gentle exercise can definitely help.
Regarding reinstatement, it's best when it's done within the first month. The sooner the better. I'm not saying it can't work at all, but reinstating at such a late date could have unexpected results. I'm not trying to scare you, just inform you. Here is the information about reinstatement if you'd like to take a look at it:

The fact that you're functional is a good sign that things will continue to improve as time goes on. As I said, healing from an injury like this takes time.
As far as managing any symptoms, check the Symptoms and Self-Care section. There are lots of helpful tips there.
We can't tell you what to do, but if it were me I would keep things as simple as possible and just allow time to do its healing.
