Have you spoken to your doctor yet about this, or are you looking for a qualified deprescribing provider? When dealing with multiple drugs, it's best to taper only one at a time. Some people prefer to taper whichever one is most activating first and leaving what helps them with sleep last. It's up to you how you choose to do it, especially if one is causing you more problems. Hello @moath 3 months is enough to create some dependency, but the dependency may be small enough to let you taper easier.

Prozac — 40 mg — 6 months — holding | Zyprexa — 20 mg — 6 years — holding | Depakote — 600 mg — 8 months — **tapering** | Buspirone — 20 mg — 8 months — holding | with clinician

Also keep in mind whatever symptoms the meds are covering up that you started to take those for, such as insomnia, have a chance of returning.
