introduction
. I had been on Pristiq for 8 years and Effexor for two years prior to that, on buspar for 5 years and Wellbutrin for 2. This year I’ve gone off of first buspar then Wellbutrin and finally Pristiq for the past month Currently holding on 20 mg of Prozac to ease serotonin withdrawal.

How are you doing at the moment? Holding is a very important part of this process, so once you're stable enough you can do a slow Hyperbolic taper off the Prozac.
