Tapering from Olanzapine (Zyprexa). Taking it at 10mg daily for 3 months because of hallucination, delusion and chronic insomnia. In search of a community with real people who tapered successfully and willing to share practical strategies that helped (replacement for drug)

Hey @MG, welcome! I tapered off of it at a lower dose when I was younger. It went smoothe for me as it was during a time in life when I had a lot of daily movement/activity and social support. Have you experienced any withdrawals from it so far?

Historic experience tapering off: Citalopram 20mg | Zyprexa 2.5mg | Effexor 75mg | Valium 20mg
