Almost three years into tapering and being hit extra hard by the last 0.2mg leg. Five weeks and a few days into a hold on the current dose due to intolerable WD after the last drop because I assumed that the protocol that's worked for me so far would continue to work for the final stretch (it won't; I need to slow down and proceed more cautiously).
Mirtazapine — 0.12mg — 3 years, 7 months — holding

Hi @Mcat, welcome! Yes, unfortunately the final stretch can be the toughest. I'm glad you're slowing down and proceeding more cautiously. The greatest changes in serotonin receptor occupancy happen at these very low doses.
