Trazodone - 50 mg
Synthroid - 25 mcg

Thanks Catine I accept i may not get off them completely but would like better cognitive function in terms of thoughts ideas detail and memory

Take things one step at a time. Keep in mind the reasons why you want to reduce these drugs as that will keep you motivated. Even just reducing your drug burden a bit is a great thing!
