Tapering from lexapro. Want to taper off klonopin, gabapentin and lamictal. No psychiatrists around here know anything about tapering.

Lexapro — 7.5mg daily — 22 days on 7.5mg — actively tapering | Klonopin — 1mg three times a day — 1-2 yrs — researching taper | Gabapentin — 600mg three times a day — 1-2 yrs — researching taper | Lamictal — 100mg daily — 8 months — researching taper | | without clinician

When dealing with multiple drugs, it's best to taper only one at a time, which you seem to be doing already. Please let us know if you have any questions. When you want to go for Klonopin taper, search for the Ashton Manual. I'm using it as a reference for Klonopin taper since Diazepam can't be used for ambulatory taper in my country. It's a shame that once we are prescribed there are no clear ways to deprescribe. Stay alive, keep fighting. I hear you.
