Hi I am Licia just somebody too talk too help during this journey of my life thank you. Chlozapam. Three months. But my body doesn’t let go easily unfortunately. Just stopped propanol everybody says crazy you could not have trouble but again meds effect my body differently. I know seems crazy. It is a nightmare any type of drug. Sorry I probably the only one I quess so different. I know everyone else has bigger problems than me I want too encourage others and need a little too we all need too help one another. Sorry again thank you for kistening

Trazodone - 50 mg

Hi @Licia and welcome. Clonazepam is no joke! Slow and steady as I'm sure you are aware. There's already a great article on here: https://taper.community/resources/blog/valium-diazepam-tapering-schedule It mentions the "Ashton Manual" which is the gold standard for coming off benzos. I see you do not have a clinician, but if things ever get really stormy, and you find someone who can work with describing you, following that protocol can significantly reduce unecessary suffering.
