Oh no, please don't alternate days! I don't know why doctors give this horrible advice. That's why things are so bad for you right now. Keep your dose consistent every day and then do your reductions each month. You can read about Hyperbolic tapering in the Resources section. Even at very, very tiny doses these drugs still have big impacts on serotonin receptors.
And telling you to cold-turkey at 70 mg is also very harmful advice!

With a few tweaks you should be feeling much more stable soon.
Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 16.64 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Synthroid - 25 mcg
