I have been on psychiatric medications for over 35 years. I have successfully tapered off of 4 mg lorazepam, 100 mg amitriptyline, 100 mg Davigo, 60 mg Effexor

Zyprexa started at 2.5mg in late April26 — 0.63mg at Nov 2026— actively tapering
Doxepin (Silenor / Sinequan) — started at 2mg in June26 - 0.3mg at Nov 2026— actively tapering
