I stopped taking trazadone 4 days ago and realize now that I should be tapering. I have been on Trazadone for many years now for sleep, but want to go off completely.

Hi Kim, and welcome! Yes, you may need to reinstate and then taper properly. I've been on Trazodone for many years too and will be tapering it after Effexor.
