Hi @Kh! Welcome to Taper Community. We're glad you're here to learn the safe way to taper off Lexapro. Weight gain and emotional blunting are very common symptoms of SSRIs, so it's understandable that you'd want to reverse these issues.
You can learn about Hyperbolic tapering here:

The key with tapering is to listen to your body and adjust your taper accordingly, even holding when necessary. If withdrawal symptoms become severe, it's a sign you're either tapering too fast or by too large of a reduction. Slower is faster when it comes to tapering.
For help with any withdrawal symptoms, you can search for them at the top of this thread:

Feel free to use the Taper Plan and My Taper features to track your upcoming taper.
Best wishes, and let us know if you have any questions!
