Hi, I’m Kelsey. I’m working on tapering from Ativan (currently at 0.5mg) Latuda (currently at 20mg) and lithium (900mg - plan to change to lacmital

Ativan — 0.5 — 6 months — actively tapering | Lithium (carbonate / citrate) — 900 mg — 2.5 months — planning taper | Latuda — 20 mg — 3 weeks — actively tapering | without clinician

Hi @Kelsey, nice to have you here! It's best to taper only one drug at a time. How is your taper going so far? Do you have any specific questions or issues at the moment?

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
