Hi @Kat...welcome. I'm really sorry you were taken off Zoloft so quickly despite being on it for such a long time. Most doctors are not properly trained in safe deprescribing. What symptoms are you having? What is your level of day-to-day functioning?
As far as reinstating Zoloft, it's hard to say how you would react. Some have found that a very small reinstatement can relieve symptoms while others cannot tolerate it and it can make things worse. What are your thoughts about this?
