Female 76 yrs Relatively good health Active lifestyle historically but that life caused harm to my back Diagnosed a year ago with severe spinal stenosis L4-L5 disk + dislodged disk also osteoporosis... deemed inoperable. Tried spinal injections in dec /? Effect and July/positive effect. Also physio, GL:AD grogram really helped to strengthen, supplements, home red light therapy, home Grounding therapy, etc... pain reduced now a lot and mobility quite improved. Gabapentin affecting me negatively. I want off . Down to 700 this week with decreasing pain each step but increase in alertness, anxiety and depression. Each step i took the time to adjust . The last 100 drop was a couple weeks ago. This one going the best. Ut worried about the drowsiness and anxiety

HI @JudyPearl, welcome! I'm sorry to hear about your back problems. I'm glad you're doing better now. Don't be afraid to slow down your taper; you're doing quite large reductions. The Maudsley Deprescribing Guidelines recommends a monthly Hyperbolic taper of no more than 10%. How are you doing at the moment as far as symptoms go? It's good that you've been giving yourself time to adjust between reductions.
