I was prescribed duloxetine 20mg just 3 days ago. First 2 days no problem. 3rd day, excruciating headache elevated blood pressure 180/84. I want to stop taking it. No response from doctor yet. How would I taper after only 3 days?

Hi and welcome! I think after only 3 days on it you can probably just stop, especially if you are having severe side effects. Your body is not used to the medication yet. But I am not a doctor of course :)
I once had a bad reaction to medication and was advised by my doctor to discontinue it right away.
Zoloft — current 2.8 mg — 6 years — actively tapering - tapered from 50 mg
