Tapered off of Paxil after 4 years of being on. Went cold turkey and then reinstated and took a year to taper off. During that time, I also went on Zoloft to help my withdrawal. I am currently off of everything and feeling withdrawal.

Welcome, Jj. Cold turkey on Paxil after four years is rough, and going back on to taper properly took real grit. Being off everything now but still feeling withdrawal is common, the nervous system often lingers long after the last dose. How long have you been completely off, and does the withdrawal come in waves or stay steady?

I have officially been off of paxil as of 7/1 and off of zoloft 7/16 (I know. way too fast) Ita pretty much been one big wave with no relief
