If symptoms are unbearable, it usually means we need to slow down our taper, hold for longer periods between reductions, or taper by a lesser percentage. Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
