Hi, I’m Janis. I was prescribed Zoloft for anxiety in May but decided to taper from the original 25mg dose due to side effects. I’ve been at 12.5mg since July 24 and need support going to the next dose.
Zoloft — 12.5 — 2.5 months — actively tapering

What side effects of the drug have you been experiencing? Have they gotten any better since the reduction?
How have you been feeling since your reduction?
If you feel stable and functional you can think about another reduction. It would be up to you what percentage of a cut you think you could handle. What are your thoughts?
