Started back on Cymbalta 6/17 and Buspirone after being off of them for 3.5 years. Could not manage even the lowest dosage 20 mg Cymbalta 7.5 Buspirone even after slow ramp ups. Now tapering. Dizziness and lethargy are the worst symptoms. Counting beads. Now at 80% of 20 mg at 2 weeks. May be too far.

Cymbalta — 16 mg — 4 weeks — actively tapering | BuSpar — 2.5 mg — 4 weeks — actively tapering | with clinician

17-Aug-2026 (7.5mg -> 5mg)
9 months - actively tapering
- Procyclidine 5mg - 9 months - actively tapering
- Propranolol - 20mg - 1 year - holding
- Xanax - 0.25mg - 7 months - holding

Hi @Jamie...welcome! Unfortunately, tapering can't be rushed. If you find that your symptoms are making it hard to function, then that's a sign you need to taper by a lesser amount and/or hold longer between cuts. Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
