Hi, I'm Heidi

July 18, 2026··
Hi, I’m Heidi. I am currently tapering off Klonopin. I started at .5 mg and am now at .1875 mg. I was doing well until I went to .125 mg, then got withdrawals. I’m looking for help in finishing my taper. I’m also planning on going off Cymbalta and Gabapentin in the future.

Klonopin — .1875 mg — 35 years — actively tapering | Cymbalta — 60 mg — 10 years — holding | Gabapentin — 600 mg — 8 years — holding | without clinician

Hi Heidi, Welcome to the community! Take your time, and taper one medication at a time. I have 17 years of experience with Cymbalta. 🫶

Cymbalta — 15mg(12mg) — 17 Jahre — holding -with clinician - 90 mg – 2021: First tapering attempt.
60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.

Hey Heidi! Welcome. Getting off that last step can be the most difficult. Do you have access to a compounding pharmacy ?
