I'm tapering off of celexa after 18 years and 4 failed attempts to get off landing in severe withdrawal each time. Now following a hyperbolic taper...two more years to go.

Another member on here used to say "practice runs" instead of "failed attempts." I thought that was a really good way to reframe it. I'm so glad you're armed with more knowledge now and are committed to getting off for good this time.
This process can take much longer than we want, but it takes time for our brains to adjust, so slower is really faster! I've been tapering Effexor very, very slowly and it's definitely agreeing with me better.
