I understand why you desire to be free of Lexapro, and you're doing the smart thing by arming yourself with knowledge about what to expect. Have you been tapering Hyperbolically so far? When was your last reduction and by how much? The greatest changes in serotonin receptors happen at very low doses, so it's best to taper off to the tiniest amount before jumping to 0.
