Hi there I started taking nortriptalyine for nerve pain but it gave me crazy side affects now I want off of this drug but want to do it safely. Struggling a lot and looking for other stories similar to mine

Mirtazapine — 45mg — 2 months | Nortriptyline — 10mg — 3 weeks — actively tapering | without clinician

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 16.64 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Synthroid - 25 mcg
