I've been taking fluoxetine (Prozac) since the birth of my first child 25 years ago. I haven't needed it for many years. Each time I tried to stop, I suffered withdrawal symptoms that stopped me being able to function. The advice, then, was to halve the dose, so that I'd be drug-free within a few weeks! Now that my children are young adults and hyperbolic tapering is supported by the NHS, I want to give it another try. I'm interested in learning about others' experiences.

Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

I am also tapering from Prozac- starting dose was 60mg and I’m currently holding at 45mg.
