was on 8 tylenol a day plus 3 codeine and subsequent metoclopramide for side fx and reflux. Cut and ran too quickly i suspect, am a physical therapist who sees many people in drug prison

It might be best to hold things where you are until things stabilize. It's interesting that you're a physical therapist too, so you get to see the other side of things in dealing with patients. Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
