After 33 years of prescribed psych meds, I began a 10 month taper off 5 meds, round robin, hyperbolic. Been in protracted withdrawal for 2 years, with small gains, and setbacks. I would say emotional blunting still there 99% of the time, brain fog is frequent, sleep is still disrupted, and energy is low, and sometimes I should not be around people, I say stupid shit. I calculated, back of the envelope, that I consumed 7 kg or 15 lbs of psych meds over 33 years, so it's a testament on the strength of my liver. I've been in withdrawal in some form since 2005, as drugs were changed out willy-nilly. Lamotragine was one of the most difficult. Here's the real thing: none of the psychiatrists I saw recognized my withdrawal. Ever. The confirmation bias for drug use is almost a religion with these folks, it took me going on ketamine 5 times to realize it was all a hoax. I don't recommend that stuff at all.
