Thank you for the warm welcome! I'm right around 2.5 mg Lexapro and going slowly at 10% less every 24 days. Do you think that's a good plan going forward? Gaucho😀

How are you doing symptom-wise? It never hurts to proceed slowly and cautiously, especially the closer we get to zero. Even at "low" doses, these drugs still have powerful effects on our brain and where the greatest receptor changes take place. Definitely use the Taper Tracker to log your dose and symptoms. Have you had a chance to look at the Learn section? There's lot of helpful information in there.

I'd say what's helped me is to go slow (not meaning years) and keeping the faith. I haven't had any symptoms so far. So fingers crossed. I'd like to try the taper tracker. I click on My Taper and then click on to put in my first entry, but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Gaucho! That's awesome you're not having any symptoms so far. Slow and steady wins the race! Sorry you're having issues with My Taper. What I can suggest for the time being is to click on Home and then click where is says "Check-In." Hopefully that will work. If not, please let us know. We're still trying to iron out some technical difficulties. Thanks so much! 🙂

It's usually in the second purple box under the Taper Community logo. You don't see it at all? It's usually in the bottom right-hand corner of that second box. I'm sorry you're having difficulties. As I said, we're still working through some of the bugs. Thanks for your patience!

No problem. I'm not in a hurry. Right now, I think it's the mystery of it. If this is any help, when I go to the page after clicking Home, I see at the top a rectangle with what looks like an hour glass with pills in it at the left of that box. I see "Taper Community" in the center of the box, though I don't see anything to click on beneath that or anywhere else in the box. Down the page I see "Introduce Yourself", which I can click on but since I've already intro'ed myself, I don't need to click that. I know you are working out "bugs", so I'm just trying to help, too.😀

Welcome back Gaucho Welcome! Introduce yourself to the community Introduce yourself Nope, I get the above in the rectangle box. The "Introduce yourself" part shows up on the bottom right of the rectangle and I can click on it. I made a test intro post and that worked, but the page still shows the same when I return to it. I'm not seeing all the drug information like on yours.

Gosh, I'm sorry. I'm not sure what's going on. Why don't you post your issue in this thread. I'm sure Based Psychiatrist will try to fix it. https://taper.community/thread/ffb2e938-cf78-413e-b186-bfe17e7349a0
