Hi! I’m Gabriella. After taking 10ml of lexapro for over 15 years I started my tapering journey in June 2025 (currently holding at 1.35).
I’ve been suffering most with gut issues when I lower the dose and I’m currently holding this dose for over a month until I feel ready to drop more

Hi @Gabriella, welcome! It's good you're holding right now until you feel ready to make another reduction. You're getting so close to the end! Gut issues are so very common during withdrawal. You can check the Symptoms and Self-care section of the forum for advice.
