Hello! My name is Erin. My doctor dropped me from 60mg to 40mg in one day. I have been on duloxitine for six years. He said that if I have withdrawals to take 40mg every other night and 60mg every other night for a week. I am a little concerned because I am reading all over the Internet that this big/fast of a jump is dangerous. I am on day two of the change and have been having some scary thoughts. I am hoping to know if anyone else was told to change dosage as such a fast rate.
