I've been on Lorezapam for so many years and had to change doctors recently to even have a conversation. Now I'm self tapering. But i started Zepbound 6 weeks ago and it really helps with thy symptoms. So now I'm holding hoping to find a way to taper safely.

It is good to hear you are supporting your taper with a drug that sounds like it's helpful! Lorazepam is pretty notorious for withdrawal, but there are certainly other just as bad or worse. "Holding is a critical part of the process!"
