My daughter tapered off Clomipramine and 7 weeks later still has nausea and stomach issues.

Welcome, Dingus. Withdrawal can linger for weeks, so her stomach issues may still be part of that, but it's worth checking in with her prescriber to be safe. How is she doing overall?
