HI Denise, and welcome! I'm sorry for the loss of your loved one and the other stresses that you've been through. Many people find themselves being prescribed psychiatric drugs in situations like yours, which then cause physical dependence. I'm glad you realize that they need to be tapered. You can use the Find a Provider section on the left to search for one near you. If for some reason you can't, however, we have information here that can help you discuss tapering with your own doctor or even just taper on your own. When dealing with multiple drugs, it's always best to taper one at a time. You've been on Prozac the shortest amount of time, so you could start with that one but you're also on two for sleep, so you could always try tapering one of those.
