You can taper off by removing beads under your doctor's supervision.

Hi @Debby! I'm really glad you found us. Most doctors are trained to do rapid linear tapers, which most peoples' nervous systems can't tolerate. It's much too fast! Please read the Resources section about Hyperbolic tapering. It's best to reduce no more than 10% each month from the previous month's dose. The reductions will therefore get smaller and smaller as time goes on, which is much easier on the brain. As Guava378 pointed out, you'll have to remove beads in order to do this. https://taper.community/thread/ab74bb64-36cc-43ab-9d60-b04e6e1246cc https://taper.community/thread/96e16dcf-01bc-4028-bb0b-27deddce1fe3 You might want to tell your doctor that you prefer to take things slower. Here is some information that will help you to discuss the subject with them: https://taper.community/thread/dbb2cdbb-bb3d-4bb9-93ab-b33de4a3fd0b https://taper.community/resources/blog/how-to-talk-to-your-doctor-about-tapering Let us know how things go. @Debby, I would also like to add that skipping days to taper is not recommended. I don't know why doctors give this horrible advice. It's like playing ping-pong with your brain. Consistent dosing with a slow Hyperbolic taper is what you need. ๐Ÿ‘
