Hello, I’ve had a bad experience with stopping Lexapro not knowing the side effects. I’d now like to taper off slowly and safely

Lexapro — 5mg — 3 years — reinstated | without clinician

Welcome, DD! That sounds rough, but it's great that you're being proactive. A slow, supervised taper with your prescriber is the way to go. They can help you make a plan that works for you. Theres a taper planner in the sidebar so you can generate a plan!
