Hi, I'm DD

Hi @DD, welcome to Taper Community! There is lots of helpful information here about how to taper safely. I know you'll be able to do it this time! You can read about Hyperbolic tapering in the Resources section. Here are some helpful links to get you started: https://taper.community/drugs/lexapro https://taper.community/forums/lexapro https://taper.community/thread/d41182b4-060b-4c2e-a1e8-da9e6777d7e5 Make sure you "follow" certain threads and members to get notified of future posts. We have other members tapering Lexapro. Have a look around the site and let us know if you have any questions at all; we're here to help! Catina 💜

Welcome, DD! That sounds rough, but it's great that you're being proactive. A slow, supervised taper with your prescriber is the way to go. They can help you make a plan that works for you. Theres a taper planner in the sidebar so you can generate a plan!
