Hi, In another post i've written a letter to my younger self, telling him of all the painful lessons i've learnt over the last few years and what to do and what not do. It's a complete DIY guide on how to come off Mirtazapine the easier way, instead of the hell way.
I'm a fit and healthy male, early 50's who had a few sleepness nights a few years ago due to a stressful house move and was prescribed Mirtazapine. Took it on and off over the last few years without realising the horrific effects it was having on me and when i tried to stop things got really bad.

It sounds like you've been through a lot. I think many of us have learned things the hard way on this journey. I'm glad you're in this community so you can receive helpful guidance and support to free yourself of the Mirtazapine.
Are you taking a consistent dose now as you're tapering off? Consistency is so important.
