Hi, I’m Clove. I hope to get detailed information to taper clozaril of 9+ years 600mg to 0mg with no or minimal withdrawal symptoms with hyperbolic reduction. Understand it takes years, 2 to 3 plus years. Trying to figure if the pill can be cut or must use liquid the whole time. Trying to figure out if the half life matters if cutting the pill. Trying to figure out where to find a compounding liquid place. Trying to find a taper clinic like Dr Josef.. Thank you
