Îm 64, tapering since March 2024 from Effexor 150mg. I am back at 75 mg since end of august 2026 after taperings probably too fast in April and June. I began tapering at 10% and rapidité switch to 5% every 2 months or so... I think I had many problems with my scales and my doses were probably not the same from a day to another for weeks or months ? I expect to find people who might have been in the same situation. I m also exoecting to read and participate in discussions about what we live !
