I’m as average a survivor of antidepressants (Lexapro, 8 years) I believed my 4 month taper would do the trick until I hit W/D. Reinstated to 2.5 and have spent the last 4 months getting to 1.5. In Canada I do not have access to liquid form and have begged the pharmacy to cut for me. It’s pretty shaky on the amounts I’m getting as they really don’t want to cut for me. Experiencing my first wave now at 3 weeks. Not looking forward to the prescribed taper I’ve been given to get to 0. Any suggestions are valuable.

Hi @Christine Mary, welcome! I'm sorry that your initial taper was too fast. This happens to many people, and they've had to reinstate to stabilize. You can cut your doses yourself, but you'll need a digital scale.
