Wellbutrin — 150 — 10 years — researching taper | Prozac — 20mg — 10 years — researching taper | Trintellix — 10mg — 3 years — reinstated | Lamictal — 200mg — 5 years — researching taper | Topamax — 50mg — 10 years — researching taper | Ambien — 30mg — 15 years — researching taper | with clinician

- Propranolol - 20mg - 1 year - holding
